Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup egg whites
- 2 tbsp oat butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Heat up a skillet on stove with 1 tbsp avocado oil until hot.
- Add a heaping scoop of the batter onto skillet and cook on low-medium until bubbles appear through.
- Flip pancakes and cook other side.
- Add to plate and top with fruit and maple syrup.
