Celtic Sea Salt

Maple Syrup

The maple syrup in OAT is as personal as it gets—it comes straight from my family’s property in Sidney, New York. This past year, we dove headfirst into the art of maple sugaring, learning how to tap our own trees, boil the sap in a sugar shack, and craft pure, golden syrup the old-school way. Every drop is a labor of love, straight from our land to your spoon, bringing a rich, natural sweetness that’s as authentic as it is delicious.
